Vietnam Manpower Group holds a rigorous checking process to find suitable workers for companies and factories.
Step 1: We checking workers’ profile.
We understand that, there are many people they just jump from Hungary, Romania, Croatia,… to enter the larger countries in Europe. Therefore, we always have a department merely check our workers’s profile, their hometown, their social account, and so on to filter the workers who have potential to ran away when they are in Europe.
Step 2: We require workers to pay an installment.
In order to minimize the chance of jumping, we require workers who want to join the interview must pay an installment. This amount of money will make sure the would not jump from the destination country at least from 8 months to 1 year.
Step 3: We hold an interview for our candidates
We have 2 type of interview:
1.Online interview
Clients who want to save time and money can choose interview workers via online platforms (Zoom meeting or Videos showing workers’ skills.
Usually, the interview can have around 6 to 15 candidates joining the online recruitments.

2. Offline interview
For some clients, they would choose offline interview to observe and choose the right workers. The interview often have more than 50 candidates and the employers check Vietnamese workers directly.

Step 4: Workers are learning Language (if required)
After passing the interview and sign the labour contract with employers. The selected Vietnamese workers may have to learn foreign Language if required.
