How’s a recruitment process happened in Vietnam Manpower group?

Vietnam Manpower group hold a strict checking profile process, in which the Control department of our group will execute some steps to check the motif as well as the true purpose of working abroad. By this process, we can minimize the chance they will run away.

After being checked in terms of personal information, workers will join an IQ test to make sure they operate well in normal life situation.

In the IQ tests, workers will be do a various task including arranging objects according to colors, draw objects according to the sample, mathematics, and so on.

Finally, the workers passing all the checking steps, they will be allowed to join the recruitment with employers. Usually 50% to 60% of candidates get hired after the interview.
