European Government and Companies are striving to Recruit Asian workers:
Many federations and business associations in the Federal Republic of Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic… proposed the government to lower some standards to attract workers from Asian countries including Vietnam. Some construction enterprises have offered starting salaries for new international workers of about 2,500 euros but still cannot recruit enough staff.

Some countries such as Hungary, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria… also increased recruitment from developing countries, including Vietnam. A representative of the International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company said that the Hungarian side is increasing recruitment of Asian workers to do jobs related to mechanics, construction, services, restaurants – hotels… The salary that employees can receive is from 1,200 to 1,400 USD per month; The employer will provide accommodation, food allowance and airfare when returning home after the contract ends. Employees only need to be healthy, have basic skills, and learn basic language to be able to go to Hungary to work for 2 years and can extend it.
